Other companies quoted us and then said the real cost was five times higher. Dale’s quote was fair — and the final bill matched it exactly. His electrician Jose was friendly, explained everything, worked clean and even found an old problem left by a previous company.
Top-notch customer service. They replaced our dining room light fixture, responded incredibly fast, priced it accurately with no hidden fees, and the tech was polite and cleaned up after himself. A real gem.
Mr. Hoffer was exceptionally good at finding the electrical problems in my home — reasonable and courteous.
